Connect registrar
- Namecheap → Profile → Tools → API Access → enable API and copy the key.
- Whitelist the server IP below in that same API Access page.
- Paste API user, API key, and that whitelisted IP here, then Connect.
Detecting egress IP…
- Open API Tokens (My Profile → API Tokens).
- Click Create Token → use the Edit zone DNS template or custom permissions: Zone → Zone → Read and Zone → DNS → Edit.
- Under Zone Resources, include every zone Domain Valet should manage.
- Create the token and copy it once (Cloudflare only shows it once).
- Paste that token below — nothing else.
Do not paste the Global API Key, Origin CA Key, or account email. Domain Valet needs a custom API Token only.
- Open GoDaddy API Keys.
- Create a Production API Key + Secret or a Personal Access Token with domains.domain:read and domains.dns:update.
- Domains must use GoDaddy nameservers for DNS publish to work.
- Paste key + secret below (for a PAT, paste the token as API Key and leave Secret blank).
